*****HANDGUN SAFETY COURSE INFORMATION*****

Purchasing a new handgun is always a challenge, but especially for first-time buyers. Investing in a dependable high quality firearm, from a reputable manufacturer, is essential. Learning how to properly grip, operate, aim, and manage recoil; then having the opportunity to test several guns in advance, will help a new shooter make the right decision. Selecting an appropriate caliber is another consideration. Ammunition is expensive. Finding a balance between the intended purpose for the gun, the cost of attaining a comfortable level of proficiency; then being able to afford a few practice sessions once in a while, is extremely important!

My classes are private or semi-private only! Every class is customized to meet and exceed the personal goals of my students. You'll need a good night's sleep, a baseball-type hat, drinks and snacks...I will provide literally everything else including guns, ammo, electronic hearing protection, wrap-around safety glasses, and the latest in laser training technology.

Courses include a two hour ($185) basic introduction to handgun safety and fundamentals - a four hour option ($285) which adds personal protection and home defense tactics - a six hour class ($385) which includes all of the above, as well as NRA Basic Pistol Certification - and an eight hour class ($485) which includes all of the above, plus an introduction to defensive shooting skills. For an additional $185, you may enroll with a friend or family member. Courses at professional academies, which require room, board, and travel expenses, will approach $1000 per day for curriculums that are similar to mine...

You must call me in person, in order to schedule a lesson. Monday thru Friday, when the ranges are less crowded, are the best days. I guarantee you'll have a ton of fun, learn a tremendous amount about personal protection, and be proud of the way you shoot!
